The Four Pillars of development
We have built the project on the idea that through the essential four pillars of development, you will get maximum results.
This is a place for men to live richer, more peaceful and authentic lives.
The following is how we structure the group:
1. Men's Circles
Each week we hold a Men's circle, this is a place to slow down and open up without judgment and with fantastic support. It is a confidential place where you don't have to be anywhere or anyone else.
We engage in new activities and methods to spark thought and create transformation, these involve asking quesions no one is asking, conversations no one is having and getting you to be more creative in ways you haven't explored yet.
"86% of men report not having a relationship with anyone where they are asked how they are feeling regularly. This is something we NEED to change. Ask yourself - Who are you having REAL conversations with? Do you have a place for this? not surface level but real deep talks.
2. Personal Accountability
Accountability is a crucial element in self-development.
It helps members stay committed to their goals and hold each other responsible for their actions. By being accountable, members are more likely to follow through with their commitments, which can lead to personal growth and positive change. It also fosters a sense of trust and support within the group, creating a safe and constructive environment for personal development.
3. Workshops
Each month the coaches (and special guests) will host a workshop, where we will dive deep into a specialist subject to aid your self-development. All workshops will be recorded and available to all members.
4. Community
This is what set's the project apart from other self-development. Individuals can create good things, a team or a group can create the amazing. The project is an away from social media confidential place to share, connect and support. We all rise together.
